Yoga Day Celebrated at Silver Crest School 🎶

On the occasion of International Yoga Day 🌍, Zeal Education Society organized various activities at Silver Crest School 🏫 to spread awareness about the importance of yoga among students 👦👧.

Along with this, World Music Day 🎵 was also celebrated through soulful musical expressions. Students performed various yoga asanas 🧎‍♂️🧎‍♀️ to the rhythm of music 🎶, experiencing both mental peace 🧠 and physical fitness 💪.

The theme for the 11th International Yoga Day was “One Earth, One Health” 🌱🌎. Embracing the spirit of unity, students, parents 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, teachers 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫, and non-teaching staff came together to practice yoga in harmony 🫱🫲.
