A teacher training session on “Inclusive Education” was conducted by Ms. Parul Jain  to enhance educators’ understanding of creating equitable and supportive learning environments for all students. 
The session began with an insightful discussion on the concept and importance of inclusive education , emphasizing the need to ensure equal learning opportunities for every child.  Ms. Jain highlighted the teacher’s role in collaborating with various stakeholders, including parents, special educators, school leaders, and the community , to support student success. 
Teachers were introduced to different types of learners and disabilities , helping them recognize diverse learning needs and adopt appropriate teaching strategies.  The resource person also shared various tools, techniques, and resources  that can facilitate inclusive teaching and improve student engagement in the classroom.
The session concluded with a reflective discussion on creating a supportive and welcoming learning environment  where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to learn. 
Overall, the session was informative and provided valuable insights into fostering inclusive classrooms.
