World Environment Day was celebrated  at Silver Crest School on 5th June 2024 to raise global awareness about environmental issues and encourage actions to protect the planet.

*Objectives behind Celebrating this day were as follows:
1. To save and protect the mother earth and to create awareness in the young minds.
2. Encourage community involvement in environmental conservation.
3. To say ‘No’ to plastic .

*Activities Conducted :
* Raised awareness about crucial environmental issues.

* Engaged the students in hands-on activities like sowing mango seeds and later on planting as well as nuturing the saplings at various places, slogan making, etc for promoting environmental sustainability.

An array of activities are conducted throughout the year to ensure that we protect our planet Earth.

Celebrating this day, SCS team plans to build on this momentum, with more frequent events and initiatives to foster a greener and more sustainable future.
