Great teachers create great students.It’s critical to pay close attention to how we train and support both, new and experienced teachers.

The new academic year 2022-23 for teachers of Zeal Education Society’s Silver Crest School  began with  benefitting from a range of specialised support from three experienced and renowned resource persons

Ms.Ela Kapadia on NEP, Mrs.Rachna Singh on classroom management and Mr.Suvir Sabnis on Meditation for peace and illumination . They provided with vital training and additional support in teaching areas which will help improve teachers in time management,technical knowledge,teaching skills, motivating students. It will also help in the art of expressing themselves. Regular training and feedback keeps teachers current knowledge in pedagogical trends and reinforce what works. Keeping in mind the myrid topics in child’s cognitive, social and emotional learning the training programs were made to be interactive, activity based and case driven.
