The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education. Teacher imparts the education hence the role of the teacher is of paramount importance to present and future of a student.

To honour the teachers, a function was organized at Silver Crest School and Junior college on the occasion of Guru Purnima with intense zeal and zest. The celebration had a graceful presence of honorable education officer Gunjal sir and Dr.Rajashree Shinde .

The function began with  Vyas poojan followed by the happy note of students singing and  dancing  in honour of  our Guru. The drama and  speech added life to the programme. The students of std X academic year 2021 22 were felicitated with a token of appreciation on behalf of their outstanding performance. We were honored to have an encouraging speech by the chief guest. The students with great reverence wished our Founder Director Katkar Sir, Secretary Jayesh Sir and Principals Anuja Ma’am and Jayashree Ma’am a very happy Guru Pournima.
