Rakhi Pournima Celebration

Rakhi  Pournima was celebrated with full enjoyment and fun in Silver Crest School on 24th August 2018 with innovative theme  ‘Vanmahotsav’. Teachers explained the importance of trees to all the students and told them to the tie the rakhi to trees by taking  oath of “SAVE TREES , SAVE LIFE”. This entire program was done  under the super guidance of our founder director Mr.Katkar sir and our principal ma’am  Mrs.Anuja Yerudkar.  The motive behind the celebration was to let the children know the important of trees in our life and understand the beautiful bonding between brother and sister . The name Raksha Bandhan suggest the bond of protection. The celebration of this festival also helped the students to develop a healthy relationship amongst themselves . Children also helped their teachers in making bright colourful rachis . All the girls from pre-primary section tied rachis to the hands of kaka in the school.

Pitter-Patter day

Pitter-Patter day was celebrated in Silver Crest school on Wednesday 1st August with lots of fun and  enthusiasm, under the super guidance of our founder director Mr.Katkar sir and our principal ma’am  Mrs.Anuja Yerudkar. On this day all tiny tots enjoyed the dance which they did in the rain.They also enjoyed the water ball games which were played with their friends and teachers. All tiny tots was very happy to celebrate pitter-patter day in their school with their friends and teachers.

Mother-child day

Mother child day was celebrated in Silver Crest school on Saturday 28th July with lots of enthusiasm and under the super guidance of our founder director Mr.Katkar sir and our principal ma’am  Mrs.Anuja Yerudkar .This  special day was celebrated to show respect and express gratitude towards  mother & child relationship. On  this occasion mothers were invited to make food which was nutritious. The day was celebrated with lots of joy tiny tots came up with their presentation with the help of their mother. All tiny tots were happy to see the enthusiasm of mothers in the competition.

Leader’s Day

Leader’s day was celebrated in Silver Crest school onMonday 13th August 18, with full enthusiasm under the super guidance of our founder director Mr.Katkar sir and our principal ma’am  Mrs.Anuja Yerudkar.On this day all students sang the patriotic song with their teachers to pay tribute to all our national leader’s .All tiny tots dressed like a freedom fighter and spoke few lines on it to highlight how India got the freedom through the courage and struggle of our great freedom fighters . All the students participated with great enthusiasm.

Palkhi Celebration

The students of Silver Crest School celebrated Ashadi Ekadashi festival on 20th July with lots of enthusiasm and fun under the guidance of our founder director  Mr. Katkar Sir and our principal Mrs. Anuja Yerudkar. On this auspicious day school was filled with the Vitthal Vitthal gajar. All tiny toes were dressed up traditionally like warkaris and dispatching the colorfull palkhi procession. Our tiny toes were the real here as without them the event was just an imagination  which came into existence  with then little footsteps . They also give message of social awareness . They added shlogan on “Swach Bharat” & “Don’t  use plastic” etc. Children also enjoyed the snacles given by the school.

Investitures Ceremony

Leaders are not born but are made by experience in life?

To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body , a school prefectorial board was formed after scrutinous interviewing and selection. The badging ceremony was followed by oath taking ceremony. Principal Anuja Yerudkar congratulated the badge holders and wished them the very best to do the duties entrusted to them.

QUIZ

The Quiz related to awareness of environment was conducted with the students of STD- V and VI Questions based on environment were asked to the students. All the students enthusiastically participated in the Quiz which took them more closer to the environment and helped them understand nature on a more precise manner.

PPT Activity

The Students of class VII and VIII were trained to make a PPT on the  given topic. Students learnt to review the available templates , select a template, adding new slide ,adding text and pictures to the slide, testing and saving the presentation along with adding special effects to it. It was a great job done by students with great enthusiasm.

ONION ROOT PROJECT

The Student of class III and IV participated in the onion plantation project which not only inspired them to plantation but also so nurture the nature the fruit of which was really overwhelming and the students learnt how farmers put in efforts to get best results.
